Reconciling in Christ

In 1984 Lutherans Concerned / North America started the Reconciling in Christ ("RIC") Program to recognize Lutheran congregations that welcome lesbian and gay believers. Prince of Peace voted recently our intention to become a Reconciling in Christ congregation. This is our welcoming statement:

At Prince of Peace we celebrate
God’s grace to all humanity
in all our diversity, including
ethnicity, culture,
sexual orientation, gender identity
and differing abilities.
